Q: Where are Vanetto watches designed and manufactured? Our creative heart beats in Florence, where every curve is sketched, while our headquarters in London oversee the strict quality control. To ensure accessible luxury without compromising on precision, we partner with world-class manufacturers in Asia who specialize in high-end horology, utilizing Japanese movements (Miyota/Seiko) known for their relentless reliability.

Q: Are the watches water-resistant? Yes. All Vanetto timepieces are engineered for the realities of modern life. Our Heirloom (Leather) models are rated 3ATM (rain and splash resistant), while our Sovereign (Steel) series is rated 5ATM, suitable for showering and swimming. However, we recommend avoiding hot water to preserve the gaskets.

Q: Do I need to wind my watch? It depends on the model. Our Quartz models run on high-precision batteries that last 2-3 years. Our Automatic models are powered by the kinetic energy of your wrist movement. If not worn for 48 hours, they may need a gentle wind to wake them up—a ritual we quite enjoy.

2. DELIVERY & DUTIES

Q: Do you ship to the United Kingdom? Absolutely. The UK is our primary home. We offer fully tracked delivery to all corners of the Kingdom, from London to the Highlands.

Q: How long will my order take to arrive? Good things take time, but not too long. Once dispatched (usually within 24-48 hours), standard delivery typically takes 7 to 12 business days . You will receive a tracking number immediately so you can follow your timepiece's journey to your door.

Q: Will I be charged customs or import duties? We strive to make your experience seamless. For most orders to the UK, Vanetto covers applicable import duties so the price you see is final. However, on rare occasions for certain international locations, local customs fees may apply upon arrival, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

3. WARRANTY & RETURNS

Q: What is the Vanetto Warranty? We stand by the quality of our craftsmanship. Every Vanetto timepiece is protected by our 12-Month International Warranty . This covers any manufacturing defects in the movement, case, or crystal. If it stops ticking due to our error within the first year, we fix it or replace it.

Q: Can I return my watch if it doesn't suit me? We want you to love your Vanetto. If for any reason the fit or style isn't quite right, you may return the unworn watch in its original packaging within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

4. Care & Maintenance

Q: How should I care for my leather strap? Our leather is a natural, organic material that develops a unique patina over time—telling your personal story. To keep it pristine, avoid prolonged exposure to water and direct intense heat. We recommend using a high-quality leather conditioner once a year.

Q: Can I replace the battery myself? While possible, we strongly recommend visiting a professional jeweler or watchmaker to ensure the case back is sealed correctly to maintain water resistance.
